APPRENTICESHIPS
We currently have 89 apprentices working and studying within ESS.
Apprenticeships are a great way to develop your career with us. Whether you’re just starting out, looking to expand your skills and knowledge or learning something new, our apprenticeship framework will support you.
We offer over 30 programmes covering culinary, FM, business and management, finance, HR, events and IT. Our apprenticeship roadmaps provide clear pathways from entry to senior level; you can start your journey at any point based on your previous qualifications and experience.
GRADUATE PROGRAMME
Compass Group UK & Ireland’s graduate programme is designed to develop the key skills, behaviours and experiences you need to become a future leader.
You will complete placements across our business and benefit from specialist training and mentoring to support your career progression.
Building relationships will be a key focus and we will provide you with plenty of opportunities to network through organised events, development programmes and charity initiatives.
