Scott Freeman, Culinary Director for ESS, has won this year’s MIDAS Foodservice Contract Caterer Award!
The award recognises the work Scott and our culinary team have undertaken in collaboration with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation and our military clients to develop and launch a brand-new Defence dining offer under the most significant change to military catering in almost 20-years, as well as supporting additional major military operations.
Scott commented: “It was an absolute privilege to collect this award on behalf of our incredible team. The dedication, energy, and commitment poured into the last year have been phenomenal. This achievement belongs to everyone in our team, from our incredible KPs to regional chefs, marketeers, nutritionists communications teams, procurement specialists, and the brilliant suppliers who support us every day.
