CAFES, STORES & BARS

WE CAN BE RELIED ON THROUGHOUT THE DAY

Our customers often work unusual hours in physically and mentally demanding jobs. Our retail concepts have been developed to ensure they get the refreshments they need to keep going.

From taking a break with a coffee, grabbing a meal on the go, picking up some household basics or ending the day with a pint, our cafés, stores and bars are always here to provide just what’s needed.

OUR CAFES OFFER MORE THAN COFFEE

The first Starbucks didn’t land in the UK until 1998, but dropping into your local coffee shop has now become part of everyone’s life.

We know that a café is more than just a good cup of coffee, it punctuates the day. It's a much-needed break, a chance to catch-up with colleagues and friends, have an informal business meeting, grab a quick bite to eat or just spend a moment alone in the company of others.

We believe in providing the café that fuels these moments and have created accessible and flexible formats for our clients. From self-service pods to café bars and combined café-stores, which provide a full café offer together with a mini-market selling everyday necessities.

We partner with high street stalwarts Costa and Starbucks and, along with our own Peak Street Fairtrade coffee brand, give our customers the most popular coffee choices around and the flexibility to deliver food and drink ranges suitable for a range of tastes.

HIGH STREET BRANDS, BUT NOT ON THE HIGH STREET

Just because our customers are located outside a town centre doesn’t mean they can’t enjoy the same experience. We work with major brands, and upcoming partners, to deliver a flavour of the high-street experience.

From Costa to Subway, we offer fully franchised outlets with all the products that our customers expect, right down to the near legendary Greggs vegan sausage roll. New brands like Stacked Sandwich Makers provide great alternatives to our regular products and expand the choices on offer.

STORES FOR A NEW GENERATION

Customers’ needs constantly evolve in our ever-changing world, so we’re always looking for new ways to deliver stores that provide a more tailored experience. Over recent years we’ve rolled out new hot food-to-go experiences, click and collect, fully self-service stores as well as retail pods.

Looking forward, we have a pipeline of new developments that will flex the shop format, responding to the specific community needs within our sites.
